How to Rent

1. REQUEST A QUOTE

Select any method to send us your request for a quote:

(1) Explore the website to find your gear, add the items to your cart, and when you’re ready to check out, select the drop down menu under “Quote Cart” (top right corner of your screen) to submit your request
(2) Download the REQUEST A QUOTE form & fax to (323) 461-4292
(3) Call us at (323) 461-4290 to request a quote form

or (4) Fax your own wish list to (323) 461-4292

We will e-mail or fax you a quote as a RENTAL AGREEMENT and attach our CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION form.

2. REVIEW THE RENTAL AGREEMENT

Read the terms and conditions in our RENTAL AGREEMENT. This form will also be included with the quote we will send you.

3. SEND US YOUR COMPLETED FORMS

Complete the CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION form and sign the Rental Agreement.
